Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Accidentally French website (accidentallyfrench.com) and the purchase of digital products sold through Etsy and Gumroad. By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Accidentally French is a digital product brand operated by Kapital International, a French company. Contact: hello@accidentallyfrench.com
2. Digital Products
All products sold by Accidentally French are digital downloads (printable PDFs, Canva templates, and similar digital files). By purchasing:
- You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal, non-commercial use
- You may print files for personal use
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or commercially exploit the files
- You may not claim the content as your own or remove branding
3. Instant Download & Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via Etsy or Gumroad. It is your responsibility to download your files promptly. We are not responsible for files lost after the download period expires on third-party platforms.
4. Refunds
Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at hello@accidentallyfrench.com and we will resolve it.
5. VAT & Tax
Accidentally French sells digital products (ebooks and digital content). VAT is applied where required by applicable law. Etsy and Gumroad handle VAT collection and remittance for sales to EU consumers in accordance with their platform obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our digital products — including text, design, illustrations, and photography — is owned by Kapital International or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
Activity ideas and content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Always supervise children during activities. We accept no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from use of our content.
